Statement of Belief
Rebel Redeemed 316 exists to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ through music rooted in truth, repentance, and redemption.
I believe:
1. The Bible
The Holy Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God. It is true, trustworthy, and the final authority for faith, doctrine, and life.
2. God
There is one true God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is holy, just, merciful, and sovereign over all creation.
3. Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, was crucified for the sins of mankind, rose bodily from the dead, and will return again in glory. Salvation is found in Him alone.
4. Salvation
All people are sinners and are separated from God by sin. Salvation is a gift of grace, received by faith alone through repentance and belief in Jesus Christ, not by works. Through Christ, sinners are forgiven, redeemed, and made new.
5. Redemption and Transformation
True faith results in a transformed life. God restores the broken, forgives the repentant, and calls believers to walk in obedience, humility, and holiness.
6. The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, leads people to Christ, indwells believers, and empowers them to live according to God’s will.
7. The Church
The Church is the body of believers called to love God, love others, proclaim the gospel, and serve with compassion, truth, and accountability.
8. Hope and Restoration
No person is beyond God’s grace. Through Jesus Christ, there is forgiveness, healing, purpose, and hope, regardless of past failures or circumstances.
